Ben Papa is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who excels at helping business leaders think and see in new and creative ways, giving them access to internal resources they did not know they had. These insights allow them to overcome previously insurmountable obstacles to professional growth and business success even amid great complexity. Ben’s uncanny ability to be present with C-suite executives and other leaders in a supportive and thoughtful way while also helping them see connections and solutions to complicated problems sets him apart from his peers.

Ben’s passion is evoking and sustaining leadership effectiveness at work with senior leaders and high potentials in businesses and organizations, including nonprofits. He creates powerful experiences for his clients through the following services:
Prior to his current work as an Executive Coach and Facilitator, Ben founded and ran a successful law firm where he practiced law and mediation for eighteen years. Amid strong emotions, financial complexity, and high conflict, Ben supported and advised clients while effectively collaborating with other professionals to reach settlements in hundreds of cases, many with disputes valued in the tens of millions of dollars.
Ben also co-founded a training company through which he led compelling workshops for hundreds of attorneys, mental health, and financial professionals across the country.
Ben divides his time between Nashville and Philadelphia. When he is not working, Ben enjoys reading, hiking, dinner with friends and family, and Vanderbilt football.
